About
As a counselor, I am here to provide support and encouragement to individuals and families struggling with all kinds of difficult emotions and/or interpersonal relationship issues. My approach to helping is integrative, person-centered, and strength based, and I have advanced training in trauma and DBT. I also have expertise in parenting, and can guide you gently in the use of positive parenting skills. I am an LMHC in New York, and an LPC in Colorado and Connecticut. I'm excited about offering online counseling and look forward to coming alongside you as you move forward in your life.
